FMQ on another cushion

I made this cushion cover from dresses that my daughters wore as tiny children (this was using scraps from the two quilts I’m making for them – they had a lot of dresses, even though they were handed down from one to the other).

Given the tiny scraps in the centre panel I had no idea how to quilt it so opted for circles. And now I’m worried it looks too busy, hard to see all the fabric scraps underneath. I’ll finish the cushion anyway, I’m sure my daughter will be delighted!
